How often does my vehicle need to be serviced?

The Nissan service center can help you find your service schedule, but it’s also available in your vehicle’s user manual. The exact timing will depend on your particular vehicle and on the type of service you need. Generally speaking, routine oil changes with synthetic oil are done about 10,000 miles (depending on vehicle). More major services usually will need to be completed less frequently.

Do I need to use genuine Nissan parts?

We recommend using Nissan parts for a simple reason – because they fit best with Nissan vehicles. Think of your car as a puzzle and its parts as puzzle pieces. Genuine Nissan parts will work most efficiently inside your vehicle.

How do I schedule my service appointment?

You are welcome to give us a call, or you can use our online service scheduler to search for a time that works best for your schedule.

What if I need a repair and not just routine maintenance?

We offer Nissan repair services at our Collision Center in Bedford, OH. We offer a free estimate, online scheduling, and a warranty on all our work. We also offer assistance navigating the insurance claim process as you navigate your repair. Even when your insurance will only cover aftermarket or used parts, we use original equipment manufactured parts because we think it’s best for your vehicle.

How do I check my vehicle’s tire pressure?

You can use a tire pressure gauge to check your vehicle’s pressure. When you bring your vehicle in for routine services like oil changes, you can also ask us about your tire pressure.
